The Premium Used Truck Module keeps an up-to-date database of all used equipment in one place. Additionally, it is password protected and safe on our server. There is no software to install or strict computer hardware requirements. This ensures that you will be able to access the Module from any computer with internet access and a browser. At work, at home, or on the road, the Module is accessible from anywhere at any time.
As with the other modules you will be able to list equipment on your website. However, with the Premium Used Truck Module we have included the ability to make listings active or inactive instantly. The inactive listings still show up in your internal reports as part of your complete inventory, but not online for all to see. The customers will be able to browse, search and send inquiries on only those listings that are active at any given moment.
Also included is the ability to show a printer-friendly version of your up-to-date inventory. This is a valuable tool as you can print a real-time inventory of all your equipment, including all of your staff’s submissions any time and from any computer with internet access. You can browse the complete list of your equipment or use the convenient search bar to quickly find a specific unit based on serial or stock number.
Unlike the other modules, the Premium Used Truck Module is also a multi-user edition. This gives you the ability to have many different users so that your sales team, managers and dealer principals all have their own unique access to the module. This is controlled by the main administrator that has the ability to add/edit/delete user access at ease.
