The first of these additions is the ability for customers to search and filter listings by tire type, fuel or power system, mast, year, manufacturer, hours, capacity and any other major category ordered at the time of coding installation.
Rather than displaying a complete list of trucks available on a single page for customers to search manually through, the Plus Used Truck Module displays a page with drop down menus with the ability to enter additional information. The user may search by the many different features of each truck as entered by the module administrator at the time of listing. The user will then be presented search results that match their query so they have a smaller number of units to sift through, thus saving time, energy and frustration. The Plus Used Truck Module is ideal for dealerships with a larger number of used trucks.
Finally, a built-in online form is included that will e-mail the interest for a unit without requiring any e-mail software from the user. The e-mail includes the serial and stock number to make the entire process easier on the sales person receiving the e-mail request. The form allows for better tracking by management and provides accessibility for future use and module development.
